13.20 – Arrival time
14.00 – Wedding Ceremony begins
15.00 – 16.30 – Drinks reception, photographs and canapés
16.30 – Speeches in the Oak Barn
17.00 – Call for Meal
17.30 – Food service
19.20 – Dessert
20.00 – Bar re-opens, photos etc
21.30 – First dance, Band starts
22.45 – Late-night food served
12.00 – DJ
01.00 – First bus transfer to Fairways Hotel, Dundalk
02.00 – Last bus transfer to Fairways Hotel, Dundalk
02.00 – DJ finishes
02.15 – Residents’ Bar (for those staying, or who have a lift home already organised)
Day 2
Sunday 25th May 2024
09.30 – 11.00 – Breakfast for those staying onsite or €15pp
11.00 – Sea Swim (for those brave enough)
14.00 – Bar opens
16.00-18.00 – BBQ/buffet, awards show, entertainment
19.00-late – Music and DJ set
9.00am – 10.30am – Continental Breakfast
11.00am – Check-out

Taxis
Here are a list of local taxis in the area, given by the venue, that will get you home safe after the night is done. You can book ahead, but they’ll be well aware there will be mutliple trips coming from Segrave Barns!

Dress Code
We encourage you to wear something you love!
We are hoping to have good weather at the end of May, so we do intend on having an outdoor ceremony at the venue. So keep that in mind when choosing footwear for walking short distances outdoors!
Gifts
While we do not expect anything, if you wish to give a gift we would be extremely thankful to receive a contribution towards our honeymoon fund and to continue the DIY and renovation of our new home!
Accommodation
The Fairways Hotel, Dundalk
There will be a shuttle bus service leaving Segrave Barns at 1am and 2am returning guests to the Fairways Hotel.
If booking Fairways hotel, please book directly with them (not on a third party website) and quote reference number 126726 – this will ensure you get the set wedding price, including breakfast and transport to and from the venue.

There is some accommodation in the area that have people stay for all the weddings at Segrave Barns. They may not appear online, but we have been given a list by the venue.
Please let us know if you book one of these places so we can update the list.
